We provide assistance with placements into NH Licensed Assisted Living Communities within Central and Southern NH, the Seacoast and Northern Massachusetts. - General education about assisted living
- Specific information about NH assisted living communities
- Identification of assisted living options based on Level Of Care, Finances and Preferences of both your family and loved one.
- Providing resources to assist in financing the expense
- Coordination of tours

Assisted Living Communities provide 24 hour supervision and assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Most private pay communities offer some level of medical assistance and are able to provide rehab on-site. 
Leaving one’s home is already difficult. Such things as being able to bring along a pet may make all the difference in the world. Once Level of Care and Finances are determined, we can then begin to explore personal preferences.
