Regular office hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday. When prior arrangements have been made, we work with families outside of regular office hours. Messages are checked though out the weekend. Please let us know if your loved one is in crisis and needs immediate placement- calls will be returned promptly no matter the day and time.
Privacy Policy:
It is important to pay special attention to the privacy policies of online referral/placement agencies. Typically once you fill out an online form, your information is electronically sent to various communities and they have access to your contact information, at this point “Opening New Doors” is no longer able to act as your point of contact. Information shared within this form is considered personal and confidential and not disclosed to any communities or outside agencies.
Disclosure:
Information about the communities is public data and/or has been provided directly by the facilities. “Opening New Doors” in no way endorses one particular facility. The final decision of where a perspective resident should reside is made by the family, caretaker or responsible party and should be based on information provided directly from the community. Whether a community is able to meet the medical needs of the perspective resident is determined by the assisted living community’s assessment.
