“Opening New Doors” is New Hampshire’s first non-franchised, locally owned and operated, Senior Living Placement Agency. Since 2010 we have been dedicated to providing education and support to families who need to understand and navigate Senior Living options in New Hampshire and the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts.

Choosing the Right Community for Your Loved One

We evaluate each community based on key factors like social and medical services, rate structures, and apartment availability. We arrange and accompany you on tours, providing one-on-one support throughout the decision-making process. Even after your choice is made, we continue to be a resource, offering post-move-in check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.



We Don’t Overlook Personal Preferences

Once we have established which assisted living communities can meet your loved one’s needs. We also consider personal preferences that can make their new home feel like home, such as pet policies, transportation services, and the community’s ethnic makeup. They make all the difference when it comes to making making a more successful transition.



Understanding Care Options and Costs.

In New Hampshire, Assisted Living communities are licensed as either Residential Care or Supported Residential Care, each offering varying levels of support. Costs start at approximately $4,000 per month for Residential Care, $6,000 for Supported Residential, and $7,000 for Secured Memory Care.

We'll be Guiding You Through the Placement Process

If we determine that our services are the right match for your needs, we’ll move forward by scheduling a consultation at your convenience. This can be conducted in-person or via Zoom, depending on what works best for you. A $250 retainer fee is required at this stage, which secures our dedicated support as we begin the process of finding the most suitable senior living options for your situation and guiding you every step of the way.
